Orchid Media started in 2022 as an independently owned agency with a simple rule: nothing ships unless we can measure it. Today we are a remote-first team across five countries, running Shopify builds, conversion, acquisition and retention as one program for brands in apparel, health and beauty, equipment, pet care and B2B.

From one island to five countries.

We started on Krk, an island off the coast of Croatia, with a laptop and a belief that agencies should be judged on revenue, not deliverables.

Four principles we hold each other to.

Measure first

Tracking is fixed and a baseline is agreed in writing before anything ships. If we can’t measure it, we don’t build it.

Report the losses

Every test is reported by name with its figure: winners, losers and reverts. A program that only shows wins is hiding its denominator.

Challenge assumptions

Industry “best practices” are hypotheses until your data says otherwise. What worked for another brand is where we start, not where we stop.

Craft that converts

Design and code are judged by what they do for the customer and for revenue. Every pixel and every line has a job.
